The technical content of the renovation:
Transportation of the cars (back and forth).

Assembling the carts and ensuring that they are pushed into each other without hindrance.

The technical content of the repair:
- Repair of defective cars and replacement of parts in the store yard.
- Transporting the broken cars to the workshop (welding, straightening).
- Cleaning and lubrication of the wheels (stools) and their bearings (with graphite grease).
- Replacement of wheels as necessary.
- Dismantling, cleaning and lubrication of mortise locks.
- Replacing bad deposit locks.
- Rust removal and galvanizing of mortise lock chain.
Powder coating
Powder coating is a painting method based on an electrostatic process, during which paint powder particles are charged with an electric charge, so they adhere to the metal surface. Elements of shopping carts, such as baskets, are usually powder coated, as this provides a durable, wear-resistant and aesthetic finish.
The advantages of powder coating for shopping carts:

The powder coating process usually consists of the following steps:
Preparation: The surface of the metal is thoroughly cleaned and degreased so that the paint powder adheres well.
Powder painting: The prepared surface is painted with an electrostatic powder paint gun.
Firing: Powdered parts are placed in an oven where the powder paint melts and forms a hard, durable coating.
